🌠11.3, “Come Have S’More Fun with Massachusetts OES at the Can-Am Weekend.”  Can-Am Weekend, February 24-26, 2023, Boxboro Regency, 242 Adams Place, Boxboro, MA, 978-263-8701.

     Hotel: Boxboro Regency Hotel Reservations—130 rooms have been set aside for this weekend. Room Price: $116.00 plus taxes/night. All attending are responsible for making their OWN Room Reservations. CUT OFF is Feb. 1, 2023.

     Friday, February 24 — Attire for Friday is casual. Registration is 3 – 5:30 pm.  Registration Fee is $20.  Current 2023 Dues Card Is Required. Social Time at the “Piano Bar” in the Gazebo Area begins at 5:15 pm with a cash bar available. Dinner in the Grand Ballroom is at 6 pm.

     At the Conclusion of Dinner, each Jurisdiction is asked to provide a short 3-5 minute  skit/entertainment. After skits, return to the Gazebo’s “Piano Bar” to continue social time until 10:30/11 pm with a cash bar.

     Saturday, February 25, 8 am- 9:30 am- Breakfast Buffet (note- there is no omelet station).

8:30 am -9:3 0am – Registration. 10 am – the chapter will OPEN in the Parade Room. Introductions of Distinguished Guests will be done during the morning session.  Please wear formal attire for Introductions. 12:30 pm – Recess for LUNCH. Those not participating in Degree work may attend in travel outfits / appropriate street dress, or business suits.

     1:50 pm – Reconvene in the Parade Room

     2 pm – Degree Work. At the close of the Meeting, there will be breakout rooms set aside for counterparts to meet.

Saturday Night Dinner  Attire: Ladies – Dress or Skirt & Top.  Gentlemen – Suit or Dress Slacks with Jacket & Tie

      6:15 pm – Social time in the Grand Ballroom.  7 pm – Dinner in the Grand Ballroom.

     Entertainment after the dinner will be a dance in the Grand Ballroom.

Sunday, February 26

     8 am – Sunday Church Service by the Grand Chaplains.

     8:30 am- 10 am – Breakfast Buffet (no omelet station).

 Check out and head home with fond memories of your time spent in Massachusetts.

 Opportunity on State-Themed Baskets will be available Friday and Saturday.

 PLEASE NOTE- *Meal Choices will be listed on the Registration / Meal form. Attendee will indicate what meals (Fri. Dinner /Sat. Breakfast/ Sat. Lunch/ Sat. Night Dinner/ Sun Breakfast) they will be attending and circle their ENTRÉE Choices for each one. Deadline is February 1.
