VJ Day Parade with Sachem #57

Sachem would like to invite any available members to march with us in the annual VJ Day parade in Moosup, CT on Sunday, August 9, 2026. Moosup Masonic Lodge is doing a fundraiser breakfast that day. It goes from 8am till 11am so they can clean and change for the parade. Step off is at 1:01pm.

We will meet in front of the Moosup lodge and will take a shuttle to the start point. The parade is about 2 miles and there are some hills on the route. We would be marching behind the Masons. Dress is a colored gown and comfortable shoes as the masons are marching in formal attire.
