Grand Representatives Association Meeting
September 20 @ 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
The next meeting of the Grand Representatives Association is Sunday, September 20, 2026. The meeting will be held at Good Intent Chapter 17, 895 Main St., South Glastonbury. This is a handicap accessible building. We will have a potluck lunch at 1 pm, followed by the meeting at 2 pm. Please bring your place setting and a beverage for lunch; attire is casual.
All current and former Grand Representatives and any interested OES members are invited to attend. This invitation is also extended to the Mickey’s Mighty Warriors Grand Family.
This will be our annual meeting, and we will be electing our officers for the coming year. If time permits, we may have preliminary discussions about the Hospitality Room and the Grand Representatives Buffet Dinner events at Grand Chapter. We also need a report from the Bylaw Review Committee.
We will be collecting dues ($5.00) for 2027. Please check with the Secretary to see if you owe dues. Members paying dues have the privilege of voting on matters before the Association. Please remember to bring receipts for any bills you are presenting.
